The Chhattisgarh government has taken the initiative to start the Mahtari Vandana Yojana for the well-being of the women of the state. This scheme helps women by providing financial aid by giving Rs 1000 per month to married women to maintain their health and dignity in the family. Pradhan Mantri Narendra Modi launched the Mahtari Vandana Yojana in Chhattisgarh and has already released its first installment to the women of the state.
